1. ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Job Description:

  • Keyvendors is looking for a responsible and organized Office Administrator to join our team at our Nirman Vihar, Delhi office. The ideal candidate should be proficient in handling administrative tasks and have strong communication skills.
  • Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and manage quotations and invoices.
  • Maintain daily records and documentation.
  • Handle correspondence and follow-up calls.
  • Work on MS Excel and MS Word for data entry, formatting, and report generation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and vendors.
  • Assist in general office management and support senior staff as needed.
  • Requirements:
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
  • Ability to create and manage quotations and basic documentation.
  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Basic understanding of office procedures and admin work.
  • Minimum 6 to 1 year of experience in a similar role preferred.
  • Must be reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.

2. SEO EXECUTIVE

We are looking for a results-driven SEO Executive to manage search engine optimization activities. The candidate will be responsible for improving website rankings, increasing organic traffic, and generating quality leads through effective SEO strategies.

  • Perform keyword research using tools like Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, or Ahrefs

  • Optimize website content, meta tags, titles, and descriptions

  • Conduct on-page and off-page SEO activities

  • Create high-quality backlinks and manage link-building campaigns

  • Perform technical SEO audits and suggest improvements

  • Monitor website performance using Google Analytics and Google Search Console

  • Track and report SEO performance metrics

  • Coordinate with content and development teams for website improvements

  • Stay updated with the latest search engine algorithms and trends.

3. INTERIOR DESIGNER

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer who can plan, design, and execute interior spaces as per client requirements. The candidate should have strong visualization skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to manage projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet clients to understand their requirements, budget, and preferences

  • Prepare design concepts, mood boards, and space planning layouts

  • Create 2D & 3D drawings using AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar software

  • Select materials, furniture, lighting, and finishes

  • Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantity) and project cost estimation

  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and site supervisors

  • Visit project sites to monitor progress and ensure quality work

  • Ensure projects are completed within timeline and budget

  • Provide after-completion support if required

4. TELEMARKETING

We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Telemarketing Executive who can generate leads, promote services, and convert prospects into customers through outbound and inbound calls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers

  • Explain company products/services clearly

  • Generate and qualify leads

  • Follow up with interested clients

  • Maintain call records and update CRM/sales sheets

  • Handle customer queries professionally

  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets

  • Coordinate with the sales team for closures
